CW Service & Repair was created with a simple mission: to provide dependable, high-quality heating and cooling services backed by experience, integrity, and relationships built over many years in our community. With more than 20 years of hands-on HVAC experience behind the company, we understand the importance of doing the job right and standing behind our work.

CW Service & Repair LLC is fully licensed and insured and will proudly serve Staunton, Waynesboro, and Augusta County, Virginia. Our services include HVAC installation, repair, maintenance, ductwork, and ongoing service contracts designed to help homeowners protect their systems and avoid unexpected breakdowns.

Our 2026 Service Contract includes two scheduled system check-ins per year (six months apart). During these visits, we perform detailed inspections, cleanings, and provide professional recommendations to keep your system running efficiently and reliably. A sample copy of the service contract is included with this letter for your review.

While we’re starting small to ensure quality and personal service, CW Service & Repair operates with the support of trusted team members who help manage scheduling, customer communication, and field assistance as needed. This allows us to focus on what matters most — reliable service and long-term customer relationships.
